Running a judgment recovery company means keeping track of a
lot of
details. It also means typing and printing many different types of letters,
forms,
agreements and contracts. Our software can save you many hours each week
from these
very laborious but necessary tasks.
After your judgment information has been entered, you merely click on the
tab that
corresponds to the document you need to prepare (the software contains many
of these).
All pertinent information is merged into your new document including names,
dates, case
numbers, dollar amounts and costs. It even calculates the interest for you
current to the
day you print it!
It prepares your envelopes for you as well, merging and printing the
necessary data.
The built in forms, letters and agreements, are designed to import all of
the necessary data from the
main database and are easily modified by the user to be exactly what you
want them to be. Also, building reports and creating new
letters and forms is a breeze thanks to the built in "wizard". All
of this is
contained in our software and does not require
the use of external word processing
programs.
This is a relational type database that was developed using Lotus Approach 97. We include Lotus Approach 97 so that you have a complete package without needing anything else. If you're serious about building an efficient Judgment Business you need this now!
